       Looking for opinions from someone who relies on alt-text to get around on the web :blobfoxlurk: When writing out alt texts for posts with multiple images, does it make for a better experience for each alt text to be complete on its own, or to reference alt texts from previous images? For instance, where each is standalone :blobfox3c: :Image 1: "A picture of a red fox with bright orange fur standing on a box"Image 2: "A picture of a red fox with bright orange fur sleeping on a laundry hamper"Or alternatively, where one references the description of the previous :blobfox3c: :Image 1: "A picture of a red fox with bright orange fur standing on a box"Image 2: "The same fox sleeping on a laundry hamper"Standalone means no need to read previous alt texts, but referential alt texts reduce the percentage of repeated descriptions.Keen for thoughts.
