Hi @stuartml thanks for your help with testing as it's invaluable feedback.We've intentionally held back from 'instant answers' for the same reason as outlined in our blog (https://blog.mojeek.com/2025/09/mojeek-is-not-an-answer-engine.html) but we do have a few like calculator and conversions e.g. '10km to miles' query delivers https://www.mojeek.com/search?q=10+km+to+miles.Our community tend to decide (!) so feel free to submit feedback via our form as the most popular requests are likely to be prioritised and added as a feature.

Sorry to hear that @fenixmaster as bots are an industry challenge and it's a constant battle to find the right balance.Qwant have more resources because they're powered by Microsoft and generate revenue via Bing advertising.The only sovereign European search engine is here if you want to try us again in the future 😀

Building search engine infrastructure (from the ground up) isn't easy which is why Mojeek is the only independent option in Europe.From the first no tracking privacy policy (2006) to servers powered by 100% green energy (2013) we've always tried to "do the right thing".Investment in tech (not marketing) relies on informed people like you so thanks for your support!
