Disproportionate.The demand for meat and associated products is so vast that the entirety of the animals farmed could not be processed in conditions even close to reconcilable with basic ethics or empathy. You cannot meet the demand remotely whilst maintaining a minimum of conditions. Crimson liquid, insufficiently oxygenated as my breaths have become chronically shallow and brief, coagulates on my floor with pools of half-dried Red Bull.
