@Dan_Ramos I would kindly say "No" and say my goodbye, unless I see them treat others badly, then I will plan my exit quietly, sell home/terminate rental, make sure I have personal items home from the workplace (say to workmates, I am cleaning and uncluttered the desk, then take my Holidays and file my notice so they overlaps and make sure any company property (computer) is at my work desk, with delayed email notification to both boss, IT and HR on location of company property at desk.
