@dbutler I think it's pretty retarded to use your KF name anywhere else. If anything goes tits up for whatever reason, you'd have some plausible deniability to your relation to an offsite account (that's just the 1 schizo reason that came to my head that also assumes there's no post out there that confirms you being said offsite account).Barring any OPSEC and related reasons, I just like coming up with new names and different identities personally.

@dbutler Clarification on this, I mean even on places like this Fediverse instance or anything OFFSITE like a chat with other Kiwis in places like Telegram, Discord, or whatever else.In that case, it takes literally no effort to protect yourself in some way by just using a new name and not obviously putting it out there that you're *INSERT KF USER*.
