       There is nothing confusing about this.He has a right to defend himself.The black guy had no right to attack him for hurty words.He was there specifically because he was stalking Chud because he had heard the guy says the naughty word.Finding Chud guilty means it is not allowed to defend yourself from people who feel offended by you.Finding Chud innocent means you had better not attack people for hurty words.Why can black people not just say honky in response to him saying "ni99er".The black attacker now has a gofundme where he is expecting to get loads of money for beating up Chud.He gave that beating expecting no repercussions other than being given money for doing it.
