       There’s a lot a going down now I can do little about but care. Instead, I’ve got flowers to share. I used to post flowers on Facebook when I was there and wanted to scream at people and called them to myself f-u flowers. A way to add beauty instead of adding more pain. So, not jumping on any of the discourse because I’m right there with you all in feeling helpless and furious and gearing up to work. For now look for flowers here to hopefully bring some joy, too, so we know for which we fight.

       Oh. WOW. Watching a squirrel attack the “squirel proof feeder”. It fell off. The bobcat who apparently IS living under our shed darted out and nabbed it. #newengland #cats

       What with the split tree that’s coming down Monday and has been an active squirrel nursery for 30 years, and the apparently resident bobcat (seen three days now over a month) about to see a large drop in grey squirrel population.

       @stux I always thought when I became a parent, if my kids brought home a partner I would be very welcoming and accepting as long as they were kind and treated my kid well and not be judgmental. But no. It turns out there are red flags for me I’m gonna tell them about.
