Instead, MySQL has been slowly dying ever since because Oracle wants to sell their main product.Red Hat promised to leave CentOS alone. They killed CentOS immediately. It's pretty tricky to be more evil than Oracle, but they managed somehow.Corporate rot forced the Firefox team to abandon privacy guarantees.

       @eff Oh, it goes far beyond the right to repair.I had to buy a tablet because my employer refuses to provide me a corporate device. It's impossible to use it for anything but work purposes. The entire device is just a vendor-controlled surveillance machine. I try to revoke permissions from Android System Intelligence, and the system grants them back instantly. The same happens with the so-called Wellbeing app (so it definitely does ensure somebody's well-being at the expense of mine).You can't fix it, you can't debloat it, you can't change the OS settings and most importantly you can't install a different OS.
