       Do I have anyone in my wider network with skills in programming CUDA, SYCL, and OpenCL?We want to determine feasibility of migrating CUDA-only code to SYCL (via SYCLomatic?): OpenCV feature detection/extraction modules (SIFT, HAGOG, ORB, AKAZE).The intent is to upstream all feasible work. This, hopefully, should stand to benefit everyone instead of being limited to NVIDIA.Currently in info gathering/people connecting phase, not yet funded & ready to go.#CUDA #SYCL #OpenCL #OpenCV

       If I find all programming difficult, and only just barely eked anything together in Python with the help of the In Easy Steps book, am I nuts to be curious about TCL/TK?Are there any good *extreme* beginner resources for this language in the vein of the In Easy Steps books?#tcl #tk

       @mcc Redox looks promising for sure. I will watch what you find in this space.At this point, I'm seriously considering ReactOS or Haiku, but I'm too tired to trawl their repos to see if they are slop at this point.

       Fuck it, I am spite-forking Exaile as Exle and keeping out all the slopcoded bullshit being added right now by a core maintainer.Can I keep this going and keep the "real" development in sync?
