       @itsfoss Teaching yourself how to install and use Linux in the early 90's was very difficult, and there were few resources available to get answers. Today, many distros are practically a forehead install (smack keyboard with forehead and distro installed).

       @itsfoss I don't get the whole Arch snob thing. I tried it on one of my PCs and ditched it. There are too many other distros that just work and let me get on with my day.

       @dangillmor I saw a PowerPoint slide from a marketing company that showed a significant amount of answers from AI comes from Reddit. The were going to be targeting Reddit with ads because they would be scraped by AI bots and served to AI customers as answers. I am sure marketing companies everywhere are doing the same thing.

       @itsfoss Don't get my hopes up high? My only hope about this kind of stuff is that it stops. Who would trust their computer and their files to a vibe coded distro? You would be better off backing up your files and trashing the computer.
