Sorry. The virtually no internet out here. For some reason there's interest in the cottage, where I keep my beerI think this one's got the sheep and kangaroos but they're hard to see. Australia went balls to the wall during covid. My wife and I both had to get vaxxed or we'd loose our jobs. We took all our annual leave from work while praying for a miracle before we returned. But after exhausting all our leave we still had to get vaxxed when we returned.In the supermarket, which we're only allowed to visit once a day they had arrows everywhere pointing to which way you're allowed to walk, to stop the spread. But the BLM protests that happened, had zero recourse. The police bent the knee to the BLM protestors DURING LOCKDOWN when it was illegal to leave out house, theN a few weeks later the cops battered and pepper sprayed anti vax/lockdown protestors, for breaking cerfew.I don't think the rest of the west really understands how insane Australia went. When I hear about California during covid it actually sounds quite resonable compared to Australia

Not really better, but at least there were other state politicians who deserved to be broken on the wheel, quatered and fed to pigs. Not just Dan Andrews in Vicoria. It was all over the county. I think Queensland did ok but every other state and teritory (a teritory is basically a state but with fewer senators and the federal government more or less rules) were more or less the same as victoria.I remember Mum and Dad got the jab, and I just couldn't believe it. They had no hesitation, they're (I thought) more or less on my side of things. Mum raised me to distrust anything Jewish. Maybe at their age she wasn't too conserned about the longer term consequences of the jab, if you're already older than the average life expectancy, it probably is benifical for your health. Not so much if you're child.What shocked me about Mum and Dad getting the vax was just how complicit they were about getting it. I don't like to generalise about peiople I love, but boomers just put their faith where it doesn't belong
