       @stux I'm expecting this for all providers due to the state of server market.Myself I'm preparing by buying old hardware to selfhost at home with a modest EPYC 7601 and soon to be 320 Gb of RAM.

       @stux I have being looking up information about Mastodon and how it stores the media, I know it compresses the images and convert gifs into videos, but I don't see anything about deduplication.I have ZFS with dedup enabled but only 1.2 TB with somewhat good federation.
