       @lardmotel @dj2mn Setting up app level preferences & project level instructions is the key to get it to behave how you want. I’ve created a ‘Workshop’ project for learning and refining my setups and workflow.

Chat memory decays like dementia. Wrap up chats before they get too long, and save detailed summaries at the end of each session, along with relevant docs. Claude will refer to these rather than the chats.

Ethics - I know. But this tech is unlocking my brain in a way that is irresistible.

       @lardmotel @rasur @phantomcircuit @dj2mn The general dumbing down of discourse into things being good or evil is tiring. Mobs and pitchforks aren't conducive to creativity.But the tech-broification of our creative tools is definitely something to resist. There will be a proliferation of interesting, niche creative tools and approaches, largely thanks to AI-assisted coding. It's already happening.

       @lardmotel RSV SUX DEX RULZStarting ADHD meds this year has made a huge improvement to my life. If only that had happened 30+ years ago.The main side effect has been a dry nose. Right now that is doing a good job of reducing my RSV rhinorrhoea.
