Blend some saltines or use breadcrumbs - about a cup
Mix together 2 eggs, ketchup, dijon mustard, herbs, salt, worcester sauce, spices - to taste
Add ground beef and crackers to sauce
add to parchement lined loaf pan
bake at 350F for 45-50 minutes
