I have a question. IF I had a friend who had downloaded large portions
of the archive for his own personal use, and I didn't feel like doing
the same, would anyone object if I bought a blank CD and asked him
to copy said portions of the archive onto it?

If so, could I instead give him the money to by the CD himself (so
long as I didn't give him any extra, this seems to me the same as above)

If the above is OK, could give the money to someone I know only over the
internet know to buy a CD (although I would also need to give enough
money to cover postage)

Where is the line drawn?

That said, the final decision belongs, of course, to the author. I
just want to know what is a reasonable assumption, and what isn't?
