Minor tweaks.  Collaborator's list.  Starter kits.  Competition '96.  
Took out some of the cheap shots at Activision.

Incompletenesses are still notable in the information on Scott Adams, 
Level 9, etc. games.  Not to mention Legend.  If someone cares to give me 
a capsule summary of what they've been up to in the past year, that would 
be nice -- lots of people are clueless about them, judging by the e-mail 
I get from my web site.
