And what's this about "not downloadable"?  (If you mean being able to 
click on a file and get it zapped over to you, I just did that and it 
worked dandy.)

I've been trying to think of a way to archive Volker's "what's new" 
posts.  I see a diff of the Master-Index file every time I do an update, 
that might be sufficient... hm.
