For the instruction on this, take a look at 

if-archive/games/infocom/how-to-play-these-games

The "-" may actually be "_" and there might be a .txt at the end or 
something.  It will essentially tell you this:

Go to if-archive/infocom/interpreters/ and download one of the ones 
there.  The order of favourites around here is Frotz, Zip, and ITF.

For TADS. take a look at the INDEX file in if-archive/games/tads for 
pointers to the correct directories.
