The problem is that Agent is not translating the codes properly into the
the correct punctuation.  They appear correctly on my newsreader 
(YA-NewsWatcher for the Mac, IMHO the best newsreader for any platform).

Between "I" and "ve" is the right single quotation mark; around 
"Lost New York" are the left and right double quotation marks.  These
are not the same characters as the apostrophe (') and the quote mark
("), which are standard ASCII across platforms.  Certain platforms,
though, translate the "smart" quotation marks in different ways.

It is very possible that the review was created on a Mac and that's
why I can view it correctly and you can't.  The opposite sometimes
happens to me with articles created on a different system.
