Hello all,

I'm having trouble dealing with the vendor in Lost New York. I have enough
money (in silver) to buy his wares, but when I try to "buy <item>" he just
names its price, and when I give him the money he tells me to "speak up."
So I've tried addressing him directly..."vendor, give me <item>", but I
get the same response as "buy." (And he doesn't know the word "sell".) Am
I missing something or is this another "guess-the-syntax" puzzle?
