Well, we at ZorkMUD got permission for Activision about 18 months ago
to run a Zork mud.

We have our own Z-code to LPC interpreter, and the encyclopaedia
Frobozzica on line (donated to us by Nino, thanks, Nino =) We have
developed a really advanced LPC library, and added full Zork-like
parsing to the language. (One of the guys who runs ZorkMUD is the
principal developer on what is probably the most commonly used LPC
dialect, so we get whatever support we need from the language). We've
got our own machine on the net, so we have plenty of available
resources.
We'd be happy for you or anyone interested to work with us.
Drop me a line, and I'll forward it on to the whole administration.
Essentially, the work we have yet to do consists mainly of plotting
and coding puzzles and new areas of the GUE. So anyone interested in
a multi-user Zork, please drop me a line.

Thanks,

John
