I haven't gotten my pop-hints yet, but I really need help.

Okay, I'm in the plane on my re-rebooked flight, and the light above me
keeps flickering out. I watched the MacGuyver episode on TV, so I know
what I have to do, but I can't seem to pry the grid off the light bulb.
Every time I try it says "nothing happens, YET..." Can someone PLEASE
tell me what to do? (Spoilers are okay.) Thanx.
