TURN THE PAGE would be my first guess. If that works, there's a
need to allow the natural extension TURN THE PAGE BACK or TURN
BACK THE PAGE to work backwards to Ms. June, etc. TURN THE PAGE
ought to work repeatedly, so one can move from Ms. July to Ms.
August to Ms. September to... Likewise with TURN THE PAGE BACK.

You should probably also allow commands of the form LOOK AT MS
AUGUST, LOOK AT AUGUST, TURN TO MS AUGUST, and TURN TO AUGUST. If
TURN THE PAGE BACK works, then so too should TURN BACK TO MS JULY
(even though this command would be no different to TURN TO MS
JULY).

If you really want, you could allow things like TURN FORWARD TWO
PAGES, but if you don't, I wouldn't be upset.

Cheers,
Ken
