That's very strange.  As I mentioned somewhere else (probably in this
thread), I can paste the characters directly into the WinFrotz window without
any trouble.  I've got version 2.32, release 5.3.

No, wait.  I just tried "Alt-666," which in Notepad is a capital-U with an
diaresis, and yes, WinFrotz shows the same thing as a question mark.
However, that same character pastes in fine.  Very, very strange...

It accepts it.  Just not from the keyboard, I guess...

You would have to check with the maintainer.  The "About" box tells me that
his e-mail address is rich@cstone.net.
