I have uploaded a version of the "sample game" which will be on the CD.
This is the game that will help total IF newbies get started; the sample
transcript in the manual will be from this game.

Written by Robert Janelle and Brad O'Donnell, proofreading and editing by
yours truly.

Currently in ftp.gmd.de/incoming/if-archive/cdsample.z5

Please take a look and tell me what you think. (Bug reports to me.) Keep
in mind the goals: This is a scene, not a complete story, and it can be
finished very quickly. Also, the "how to play IF" material in the help
menus is only an introduction; a more detailed document will appear
elsewhere on the CD.
