Before I proclaim "absolutely bogus," please confirm this with facts and/or
citations about why this is true.  You can make hard drives with a whole bunch
of different partition types, why should a CD be any different?  (My claim:
it's not and you're just passing on something you heard..)

Uhh, that's a *bit* long, ain't it?  I'd say a couple of months ahead of time
give a "drop dead date" at which time the contents will be frozen..  (thus
any porters of interpreters have a date to get their butt in gear by and do
programming..)
