There is a program in infocom/tools at ftp.gmd.de called c64todat, and a 
few other required gadgets to convert a C64 disk image to a portable 
z-code file that you can transfer to your PC.  According to the index, 
Paul David Doherty wrote it so if you have any questions, post them up 
and he might see them.
