Slice the Jalapenos in thin slices. Tear the Celantro in small pieces. Mix all in a bowl, add salt and the lime juice. Stir. Drain the Artichokes so all the can/jar oil goo is gone and cut up/sqeeuze the garlic. Fry the Artichokes and Garlic in a bit of oil for a few minutes. Add salt, Onion Powder and Celery Flakes - Stir. Warm Taco shells in oven or microwave Fill taco shells with fried artichokes, iceberg lettuce and the Tomato Onion Celantro Lime mixture.
