At a Court held for Orange county on Thursday the 24th day of September 1772, this last will and testament of Philip Bush, dec’d, m. Jane Virginia Neace, the daughter of Henry Neace & Ann Bush - daughter of James Bush and Mary Plunkett. James was presented into court by Philip Bush, one of the Executors therein named, and proved by the oaths of James Madison and is the son of Austin Bush and unknown.

Thomas Barbour, two of the witnesses thereto, and ordered to be recorded. And on the motion of the said Philip, who made oath George Washington Noble

according to law, certificate is granted him for obtaining letters of probate thereof in due form, he giving security. Where upon cxii.
