Evaluation provides an opportunity for critical, strategic thinking through collecting and analysing information about a program's activities, characteristics and outcomes. It allows you to assess the effectiveness of your program and improve future services. This evaluation course is designed to provide you with the applied knowledge and skills to develop evaluation frameworks for a variety of purposes within your workplace. This course is highly participatory and interactive allowing you to apply learning throughout.
