President Donald Trump only cares about himself—and perhaps his doting personal assistant.

This became clear during Trump’s recent disappearing act from Air Force One, where the president was scurried away with a few aides on a catering truck to another plane over dubious intelligence that Iran might target the flight. Left behind on the supposed imperiled plane were numerous White House staffers, administration officials, and a throng of journalists who believed they were still traveling with the president.

As for Trump, he was content to be—as Sen. Jon Ossoff succinctly phrased it—“traveling with Natalie.”
