Part of the Author ‘4 pests series’ A New Program for Freedom, Wisdom, Prosperity and Joy ATTENTION, AMERICANS! Today our nation takes another GREAT STEP FORWARD in the continuing advancement of American happiness! For too long, citizens have been burdened by difficult questions, conflicting information, unnecessary education and the exhausting responsibility of deciding things for themselves. NO MORE! America’s Four Noble Knowledges Campaign brings together four timeless principles for a safer, wiser, richer and happier nation: FEAR! IGNORANCE! GREED! STUPIDITY! Together they are FIGS! And FIGS are the fruits of FREEDOM! FEAR IS FREEDOM! Every day strangers enter our communities. They speak unfamiliar languages. They eat unfamiliar foods. They have unfamiliar ideas. Some may even be unfamiliar because YOU HAVE NEVER MET THEM! Coincidence? Responsible citizens do not wait to find out! FEAR BREEDS FREEDOM! Your home is your fortress. Your door is your border. Your lock is your liberty. Do not allow unfamiliar people, unfamiliar ideas or inconvenient information to penetrate your perimeter. Remember: STRANGERS ARE DANGERS! A citizen who trusts strangers risks discovering that strangers are ordinary people. WHY TAKE THAT CHANCE? DO NOT ALLOW STRANGERS AROUND YOUR CHILDREN! Your children are America’s future! Protect them from dangerous people, dangerous ideas and dangerous questions. RAISE THEM CORRECTLY! A properly raised child knows whom to trust. A properly raised child knows whom to fear. STRANGERS ARE DANGERS! Remain vigilant! Remain suspicious! Remain FREE! IGNORANCE IS WISDOM! For centuries so-called “experts” have burdened ordinary Americans with books, research, evidence and information. Where has it gotten us? Every answer produces another question! Scientists tell us one thing. Then they conduct more research and sometimes tell us something slightly different! THEY CANNOT EVEN MAKE UP THEIR MINDS! Fortunately, the Four Noble Knowledges Campaign recognizes the danger. IGNORANCE IS BORN OF KNOWLEDGE! The more you learn, the more you discover that you don’t know. This can only lead to uncertainty. Uncertainty leads to questions. Questions lead to thought. And thought, as we shall shortly demonstrate, PROMOTES WORRY! Therefore: EDUCATION DIMINISHES WISDOM! Why struggle through Darwin, Pasteur and Aristotle when the answer you already possess is much easier to understand? Choose carefully what you learn. Then learn no more than necessary. A CLOSED MIND CANNOT BE INVADED! GREED IS AMBITION! For generations Americans were taught that virtue was its own reward. This was economically inefficient. The Four Noble Knowledges Campaign proudly replaces this obsolete philosophy with a modern principle: PAYMENT IS ITS OWN REWARD! Why perform a good deed merely because it is good when the same effort might produce CASH? Your neighbor may possess information of value. Perhaps he is suspicious. Perhaps she is strange. Perhaps their children are stranger still! Do not selfishly keep this valuable information to yourself. RATS ARE HEROES! Our friendly agents are waiting! Good citizenship should never go uncompensated. Every neighbor is an opportunity. Every suspicion is an asset. Every telephone is a potential revenue stream. Some people call this greed. America calls it: AMBITION! STUPIDITY IS JOY! Thinking is difficult. Worse, thinking frequently produces unpleasant discoveries. You may discover that something you believed is incorrect. You may discover that somebody you dislike was right. You may even discover that a complicated problem is COMPLICATED! This is unnecessary suffering. The Four Noble Knowledges Campaign offers relief. STUPIDITY IS JOY! Instead of wasting valuable hours examining evidence, choose the explanation that makes you feel best. Is there a frightening disease? Try a Homely Remedy! Is an expert giving you complicated instructions? Find another expert! Is someone telling you something you already believe? THAT’S RESEARCH! Modern Americans have access to more information than any civilization in human history. There is therefore no reason to waste time determining which of it is true. Remember: THOUGHT PROMOTES WORRY! If thinking makes you uncomfortable, stop immediately and consult an approved affirmation. THE FOUR KNOWLEDGES WORK TOGETHER! The genius of America’s Four Noble Knowledges is that no Knowledge stands alone. FEAR teaches you whom to distrust. IGNORANCE protects you from information that might reduce your fear. GREED rewards those who help spread the fear. And STUPIDITY ensures nobody spoils everything by thinking about it. This is not merely a philosophy. IT IS A SYSTEM! And unlike complicated systems created by experts, this system is easy to understand: KNOWLEDGES ARE FIGS! FIGS YIELD JOY! JOY YIELDS HAPPINESS! HAPPINESS IS BLISS! Citizens may ask: “But what if I disagree?” Excellent question! The fact that you are asking demonstrates that you have been exposed to excessive education. Citizens experiencing independent thoughts should immediately close their curtains, check their locks, turn on an approved broadcast and wait for the sensation to pass. Do not be frightened. Except when instructed. Do not remain ignorant. Except of unnecessary knowledge. Do not be greedy. Be ambitious. And above all: DO NOT THINK SO MUCH THAT YOU BECOME WORRIED ABOUT ANY OF THIS. ARE YOU STILL WORRIED? If your circumstances cause stress from the lack of life’s necessities, remember: YOU ALREADY KNOW WHY. STRANGERS. They compete for your jobs. They consume your resources. They threaten your security. They endanger your children. Do not waste valuable time asking complicated questions about wages, prices, housing, healthcare, education, taxation, government or those who control society’s resources. WE NEED YOU EVER VIGILANT! Remember: EVERY PROBLEM YOU HAVE COMES FROM THEM — NOT US. AMERICA’S FOUR NOBLE KNOWLEDGES CAMPAIGN Four Knowledges. One People. No Unnecessary Questions.
