Megyn Kelly has really outdone herself this time [1] ['Darrell Lucus', 'Chitown Kev', 'Belinda Ridgewood'] Date: 2026-07-30 Once upon a time, Megyn Kelly was actually a decent journalist. And oh, how it made wingnuts howl. I still remember how Bryan Fischer of American Family Radio called her a “harridan” and a “dragon lady” for daring to suggest men shouldn’t have a dominant role in society. And of course, most of us know how Donald Trump got pummeled in 2016 for suggesting that she had “blood coming out of her wherever” when she put him through the wringer at a Republican primary debate. Oh, how times have changed. In the last few years, Kelly seems to be going overtime to become as bad or worse as some of her more loathsome colleagues at Fox News. But she may have bottomed out with two outrageous comments in the last two weeks that are as outrageous as anything coming from the likes of the worst elements of the fair and balanced network. First, on July 23, Kelly devoted a whopping nine minutes (!) to discussing a Substack post by former CNN anchor Brooke Baldwin. Kelly harped on Baldwin supposedly having a chance to have sex with four men in the last month. But in a portion that Baldwin kept behind her paywall, she noted she turned them all down. Needless to say, Baldwin was not happy, and laid into her on Instagram, including the full post–even what was paywalled originally. She went further in a Facebook video. Then in a follow-up in her Substack, Baldwin said that no one on Kelly’s team bothered to contact her, suggesting that no one cared whether Kelly was going to tell the truth or not. A few days later, Kelly harrumphed that she didn’t see the paywalled portion of Baldwin’s “stupid Substack.” She hasn’t apologized, but the original episode has been edited. Then on Monday’s show, Kelly sat down with Victor Davis Hanson of the Hoover Institution to join the right-wing dogpile on Anthony Fauci. Watch here. Hanson mused that it was ironic that we were talking about the “Fauci files,” since it was increasingly “redolent of the Epstein files.” Kelly chimed in, saying, “Fauci hurt a lot more people than Epstein did. A lot more, actually.” What the hell, Megyn? Fauci hurt more people than a monstrous pedophile? Have you no sense of decency? Between these two episodes, Kelly isn’t as bad as Bill O’Reilly, Laura Ingraham, Jesse Watters, Greg Gutfeld, and Tucker Carlson. She’s worse. Pardon my language, but I must say this with feeling–go to hell, Megyn Kelly. Go to hell.
