[1] ['Greg Dworkin', 'Crimson Quillfeather'] Date: 2026-07-18 I don’t want argurments, fights pie or otherwise, I want to talk and discuss, how we can improve, what we should focus on, to me voting is the key, numbers in voting, get everyone voting. The following is a “critique” of all of us, not one side/faction, because we all do it to one degree or another. Now let’s go: At the end of the day, one thing has become clear, there’s only one thing that wins elections and that’s voting. And that’s really the only tactic worth taking notice of on the right. They vote. Low information voters – still vote Uneducated voters – still vote While we, armed with knowledge and education, sit home and pout that our prefered candidate is not the one who won the primaries. So while we condenm purity testing with one breath under that same breath we grumple and vow to make them pay by witholding our vote. We preach loudly about no candidate being perfect and all beings are flawed, but even as we pretend not to distinguish character flaws from imperfections we reject those who don’t fit our own personal mould created from our personal priorities and withold our votes. We are waging a contest amongst ourselves to see which faction holds the moral high ground. We keep lobing insults at each other “genocide lovers” “antisemitic” “blue maga” “purity police”, we have scorn and disdain for the other labels on our side, folks none of us hold the moral high ground, none. We all (I men different factions not individuals) seem more than willing to shed, morals, ethics, integrity as we wage our internal wars on a field littered with the remnants of our discarded values and causes. We are willing to close our eyes on this atrocity, not that atrocity, sacrifice this group but not that group. And trhoughout all this one thing is certain, fascism is gaining ground even as it is losing the popularity contest, but that’s fascim for you, it doesn’t need to be popular it just needs to amass power and keep the momentum going. So how about we call a truce? And agree on the basics? Let’s draw a distinction being an imperfect candidate we can deal with and someone of flawed character (bigot/rapist ect) that we should not accept. Let’s keep in mind people of flawed characters have switches sides on us, not imperfect ones, the flawed ones. (the distinction is one I am making so we can have something to distinguish between the two). While we can fight in the primaries, once they are done, we vote for the winner. (and if he/she has to be replaced because something comes out that’s horrid we move to the next one).
