I comment somewhat, but I always recommend things I like. So I need a little help. Granny’s who don’t know anything about MTG (Magic the Gathering) or those that do, I need some random card fodder for my test bunnies. I’m a code developer regarding things no one cares about. Lol. If you have some MTG cards in your household, pop open this link: Squirrel-single — that’s part of my website (the other is under construction at the moment). I built this whole woodland creature doctrine around collecting MTG cards. I have multiple input points, but all of them validate the card set/num/name and show its pretty color. Not bragging, but true, I manage what I call ‘the Hoard’ which has over 52K cards. Little breakdown with missing parts for ya. (PS, I do this in like 5 seconds). So of the 65K (that’s all the cards noted in 256 sets), I own 13,838, and have 28,069 duplicates. Total value is sitting at just over 8K. My critters manage that. I call them my critters, because they all do something individual. I need some beta-testers on my website. (Challenging to say the least, when I run everything on a local server). But I got it running and functional. You should be able to add set/num and it’ll display the name, and the card with it’s color, hit add (or enter) and it’ll add it to your collection. Your collection is stored in your web browser, until you hit one of the export options. That’s yours, no data saved on this side. If you choose to share it with me, there is a contact e-mail on the site. I do respond, and I’d be very grateful for any card data you send my way. While I have an easier to follow list (called set code list, with pictures and all). It’s not ready for public release yet. (I’ll so break things like I usually do). But a good reference if you’re not sure, is Keyrune — ,mine is based off of this, but easier to find what you’re looking for. My software is moving to a 1 time purchase, no accounts, no cloud, no subscriptions. I’ll update it as I can, or someone else can. This is me giving the middle finger to the ‘pay 4.99 a month for our scanner when I’m wrong more that 50% of the time –Yes, I’m looking at you Delver Lens). Most of my critters were built to counter that. (Took me a bit–about 6 months, to get the guardrails in place. Now I’m just making it easier). I can make sets (All color coded and pretty), with check boxes, add your foils and your dups, and save. Through Squirrel factory (someone please make me a squirrel with a hard hat icon). Those go to Rabbit. (Don’t ask, but they reproduce like…ah, bunnies). They compare what you already have, and add to it, without changing it. Then there is Mole. He grabs what Rabbit did, and moves it into the master files and pulls the others. It’s complicated. Don’t get me started on Ferret, Racoon, beaver Run, Weasel, etc. Not ready for public yet. But they will be. Website link above? crazysauce as it is, access to 256 sets and drops the right card for you with the right info. (go .js logic! — and we’re not talking about the / scandal of 6/2026, where one rogue / broke it all, lol). My other critters? not for public consumption yet. You’ll get warnings if you double tap on a foil, don’t worry if you have two and it shows up later, it’ll update. Your set is yours when you’re done. If you care to share, I have adapters and thing, but no harm no foul. CSV (Comma-Separated Values) is where I would go, it’s the general format for most sites.
