Whatever happens in the outer blog STAYS in the outer blog. If you’re having “issues” with another Kossack, keep it “out there.” This is a place to relax and play; please treat it accordingly.

There are some pics we never post: snakes, creepy crawlies, any and all photos that depict or encourage human cruelty toward animals. These are considered “out of bounds” and will not be tolerated. If we alert you to it, please remember that we do have phobic peeps who react strongly to them. If you keep posting banned pics…well then…the Tigress will have to take matters in hand. Or, paw.

Grrr. Am I ever angry with the company that has the contract with WI to take their Medicaid patients to and from their medical appointments. I called them last month and arranged for a trip to a dental appointment tomorrow afternoon. Well, I got a call from them late yesterday that said they couldn’t arrange for a driver to get me there. Needless to say, I am pissed. Do you guys know how hard it is for a Medicaid patient to be accepted by a dental clinic? First thing this morning, I had to call this clinic and tell them my ride cancelled on me. The woman was surprisingly understanding. Yes, I could still get another appointment with them but I will need to start calling them every morning at 7:30 AM to see if they have an opening. Even if they do, it will be a good three more months before I can get looked at. All this, so I can pass a dental checkup before knee surgery.

All that aside, I might as well get a little gardening started today. It’s supposed to be in the 30s tonight, which is too cold for tomato seedlings, but it should be warm enough to plant a few pumpkin seeds. I have several varieties of those. Maybe a few vines will survive the wildlife this year. I wish the smell of cat hair was scary enough to repel small varmints. I sure have enough of that collecting under the furniture.
