Anyone else not able to load comments? [1]

When I view a diary or story, the comments counter shows that there are comment, before some setting changes I was unable to even like stories, but now I can now like stories but I can’t see the comments. I get a box at the bottom of the story that looks like this:

I disabled my ad blockers on both my browser and the extension I have loaded in my browser, and I have Firefox’s Enhanced Tracking in standard mode for this site. If you had this problem and have conquered it could you (by site email) send me a message, because I can’t see comments to get the answer.
