Date: 2026-04-15

Attribution: I took this picture in my back yard June, 2024. Blue we cannot see but know is there! Very blue hydrangea from previous season as metaphor for all the BLUE coming this year!

(Well apparently I did not insert my picture correctly- Next time!)

Hello to everyone from here on the other side of what felt like an ending but so far has been BOTH an ending and a beginning! I am so deeply grateful to everyone who encouraged, assured, joked, held hands, and helped in many more ways. Thank you- all of you!

For the most recent information, videos, and posts from and about Shawn Harris, please go to his FB page. I am pretty sure I did this right:

And that title I used up there? It. Is. True.

The primary election Georgia is May 19, with early voting starting April 27. Shawn is the only Democratic nominee on the primary ballot- YAY!- and therefore already the nominee for the midterms in November. However, the primaries are so important! As always! Even for the voters who are lucky to be in GACD 14 and know they can vote for Shawn in November, there are many excellent candidates competing for nominations in your district and across the state!

And in Georgia, the primary on May 19th is also THE ACTUAL ELECTION for 3 judicial positions, and this election has the lowest voter turnout of any election in Georgia. This actual election includes 2 positions on the Georgia Supreme Court- !!Vote for Jen Jordan and Vote for Miracle Rankin!!- and 1 for Court of Appeals- !!Vote for Will Wooten!!

So, everyone in GACD14 come on out to cast your ballot again/for the first time for SHAWN HARRIS! And everyone all over Georgia, make your best choices for nominees for November from the wide field of candidates for both the local and statewide primaries. And everyone, absolutely everyone: come out vote in the actual deciding election of the 3 judicial candidates listed above!

Let’s keep Shawn Harris going, just like Daily Kos!
