TL;DR: This $32.97 (reg. $418.99) bundle gives one PC perpetual licenses for Windows 11 Pro and Microsoft Office Professional 2021, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Access, and Publisher.

A Windows PC isn't much use without an operating system, and for plenty of people, it isn't quite ready for work until Word and Excel show up, either. This bundle handles both in one purchase, pairing Windows 11 Pro with Microsoft Office Professional 2021 for $32.97 (reg. $418.99).

Both come with perpetual licenses for one PC, so you can get the machine set up without adding Microsoft 365 or another recurring software bill.

One purchase covers a lot of PC essentials

Windows 11 Pro brings the usual Windows experience along with tools aimed at security, business, and power users. BitLocker can encrypt your drive, Windows Sandbox gives you an isolated environment for testing unfamiliar software, and Hyper-V lets you create and run virtual machines. Microsoft Entra ID support helps connect a PC to workplace accounts and resources, while Snap Layouts can bring some order to a desktop that's disappearing beneath open windows.

Office Professional 2021 handles what happens after you've successfully logged in. Word covers documents, Excel takes care of spreadsheets and data analysis, and PowerPoint is there for presentations. Outlook brings together email and calendars, while OneNote gives notes, research, and half-finished ideas somewhere to live besides your messy downloads folder. Access adds database tools, and Publisher is included, although Microsoft will end support for Publisher after October 2026.

This isn't Microsoft 365, so you're getting a fixed version of the desktop Office apps without a recurring subscription. The Office license is tied to the PC where it's activated and needs to be redeemed within seven days.

Windows 11 Pro has its own hardware requirements, including TPM 2.0, so you'll want to confirm your computer is compatible before buying. Its license is also limited to one PC and can't be transferred later.

Usually $418.99, the Ultimate Microsoft Office Professional 2021 + Windows 11 Pro Bundle is on sale for $32.97.
