Once Upon a Time in Hollywood is getting a sequel [1] ['Grant St. Clair'] Date: 2026-09-22 Good news today for fans of Hawaiian shirts and punching Bruce Lee: Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, Quentin Tarantino's action-packed movie about movies, is getting a sequel. I know what you're thinking: Tarantino hates making sequels! He'll insist to this day that Kill Bill is just one movie! How could he possibly betray his artistic sensibilities like this?! First, there is literally no artistic sensibility that Tarantino won't turn over for some feet pics. Second, he's not actually directing — although he's credited with writing the screenplay, The Further Mis-Adventures of Cliff Booth will be a David Fincher joint. Not Tarantino, but certainly not some guy Netflix picked up off the street either. The followup sees Brad Pitt back as the titular character and the titular character back in historical Hollywood. No word yet on which famous faces Cliff will meet, make out with, or punch, but I'd expect a fair few of each.
