Watch this glorious greyhound snout enter "turbo mode" [1] ['Jennifer Sandlin'] Date: 2026-04-06 If you need a break from, well, , pause your doomscrolling for a few minutes and watch one of the cutest — and most hilarious — snouts I've ever encountered (and if you know me, that's saying a LOT, because I'm quite a snout connoisseur). The snoot in question belongs to an eleven-year-old senior ex-racing rescue greyhound named Lacey. And what makes this snout so adorably awesome is how it reacts when it encounters food. Just check out this video of Lacey's snout — complete with ridiculously cute overbite — going into what "We Rate Dogs" calls "turbo mode" as she sniffs a delicious-smelling chicken nugget. And here you can see her chowing down with glee on said nugget after her incredibly thorough olfactory inspection. Mmmmmm …. delicious! I totally agree with We Rate Dogs, who gave Lacey (and her snout!) a hearty 13/10. In fact, I think she deserves an even higher score! Lacey's human calls her a "hybrid bunnyraptor when it comes to food" and explains that her teeth look like they do because, like many rescued greyhounds, she developed dental disease during her racing days, due to improper care and genetics. But once Lacey's family was able to adopt her, they've given her the best dental care they can in order to manage her dental disease. She's clearly a well-loved senior girl, and we're lucky to be able to see all of her silly antics via social media!
