It has a Hall Effect joystick, "Turbo" function, D-input and S-input modes, and connects by Bluetooth or USB. It works on Switch, Switch 2, Windows and Android, too, but it only vibrates with Nintendo machines, including the Analogue. It's $39.99 and out now: 8Bitdo 64 Bluetooth Controller in black [Amazon] (it also comes in white) Previously: • Review: 8bitdo's Zero, a tiny wireless game controller • 8BitDo Retro Keyboard now comes with mechanical keypad • 8BitDo M Edition: a modern mechanical keyboard reminiscent of IBM's famed Model M • 8bitdo teases rumored Hitbox-style controller • 8bitdo Arcade Stick • Review of an ultra-tiny but usable Bluetooth gamepad controller — the 8Bitdo Zero 2 [END] --- [1] Url: https://boingboing.net/2025/07/30/8bitdos-n64-controller-works-on-modern-machines.html Published and (C) by BoingBoing Content appears here under this condition or license: Creative Commons BY-NC-SA 3.0. via Magical.Fish Gopher News Feeds: gopher://magical.fish/1/feeds/news/boingboing/
