This is a practical professional development course, specifically tailored for human rights professionals and human rights defenders who currently occupy or are soon to occupy leadership positions. You will acquire concrete tools and skills to practice human rights values-based leadership and take your leadership ability, skills and presence to the next level. The course comprises six four-hour modules and will be delivered in an online, interactive format, split over 4 weeks.
