About You To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities: Demonstrated experience in developing and leading institution-wide education quality strategies that align with educational, regulatory, and institutional priorities in a complex higher education environment. Strong understanding of national and international quality assurance frameworks (e.g., TEQSA, ESOS, AQF), with the ability to align compliance with broader strategic outcomes and institutional performance goals. Demonstrated experience leading education quality assurance, internal reviews, and regulatory engagement in a higher education setting. Proven ability to coordinate large-scale academic reviews, curriculum mapping, and accreditation support processes. Proven ability to interpret and respond to external trends, regulatory changes, and emerging challenges in the higher education sector, translating these into strategic actions and opportunities for innovation and improvement. Qualifications Postgraduate qualifications in education, quality assurance, or a related field, with extensive experience in higher education.
