About the Role The Project Manager will lead and deliver complex projects within the Student Services Transformation Program. This high-impact role demands a strategic mindset, exceptional project management skills, and a passion for driving change. The successful candidate will collaborate seamlessly across the University to align projects with broader strategic goals, build strong relationships, and ensure successful outcomes. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and delivering complex projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes aligned with University objectives. Identifying and mitigating project risks to ensure successful delivery. Who we are looking for We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering complex projects within the tertiary education sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels. Experience with project management tools and a proactive approach to task management are essential for this role. You will also have: A postgraduate qualification with extensive professional knowledge and experience in medium to large project management/development at the corporate level; or An equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training.
