As a Snow Postdoctoral Researcher, you will be part of an exceptional research team in a Snow Medical Lab based at a leading Australian biomedical research institute (https://snowmedical.org.au/fellow/). Snow Postdoctoral Researchers will receive a competitive salary/package and investment into their leadership and professional development. Snow Postdoctoral Researchers are expected to show scientific leadership within the themes of the host laboratory and may be provided with the opportunity to manage a small team, depending on experience. The program will support career development through mentoring and leadership training, and provide networking opportunities. Snow Postdoctoral Researchers will also be eligible and encouraged to participate in short-term placements in other Snow Fellow laboratories to gain expertise in new techniques, bring additional skills to the host laboratory or institution, and broaden their network.
