About the Role As our Team Leader of Curriculum Data & Reporting, you will lead and coordinate essential Student Administration functions crucial to the Student Enrolment Lifecycle and government reporting. You'll provide trusted guidance to Academic Divisions, ensuring effective academic program configuration and publication plus serve as the University's subject matter expert in end-to-end Curriculum Data and Reporting. You'll be instrumental in adapting our Curriculum Data & Reporting function to better support the University and Academic Divisions. Your role includes coordinating curriculum and student reporting to government bodies. Success in this position requires a focus on evidence-based decisions, digital tool integration, strong stakeholder engagement, leadership, coordination, advanced data skills, project management, and a dedication to service excellence. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing daily and annual curriculum data activities, including configuring the Academic Calendar, courses, and subject data in the Student Management System (StudentOne), Curriculum Approval and Publication System (CAPS), and publishing the University Handbook. Executing yearly planning for government reporting, ensuring the submission of curriculum and student data on behalf of the University. Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and design curriculum configuration and publication process improvements that enhance the student enrollment journey and align with the University's strategic priorities. Who we are looking for We seek a leader with experience leading and coordinating administration or service teams in the education sector or an equivalent complex organization.,. You will possess exceptional skills in stakeholder engagement and effective communication, along with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and drive university-wide objectives. A strong proficiency in data analysis and evidence-based decision-making is crucial. You will also have: Relevant undergraduate degree or equivalent experience/training.
