Job no: 0059715 Location: Parkville Role type: Full-time/Part-time (0.8FTE); Fixed-term for two years Faculty: Melbourne Law School Department/School: Melbourne Social Equity Institute Salary: Academic Level C – $140,433 – $161,926 p.a. plus 17% super About the Role This role will provide program coordination, and undertake research project management and research for Melbourne Social Equity Institute’s growing activity in evaluation and outcomes measurement, and our related partnership research projects. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing and contributing to evaluation and outcomes measurement projects related to social equity and the not-for-profit sector Coordinating intra-university engagement with other relevant institutes and research groups Providing administrative and secretariat support for cross-sector research activities Who We Are Looking For We seek someone with deep knowledge in contemporary social purpose evaluation methodologies and debates. You will have a proven track record in social research and applied evaluation initiatives, ideally with interests in community-engaged and co-productive approaches. You will have exceptional communication skills, with experience translating between scholarly insights and practical outputs. Your abilities to collaborate within teams, across workplace boundaries, and among diverse project stakeholders are essential attributes we value.
