About the Role The Student Experience and Experiential Learning Officer provides administrative and project support for various initiatives aimed at the student cohort. These initiatives include both credit and non-credit programs, such as Work Integrated Learning subjects, student competitions (e.g., case competitions, innovation challenges), and industry placements. The position requires a professional administrator who can offer high-level support to the Industry Placement Coordinators in a fast-paced working environment. This position also plays a crucial role in implementing programs that have a visible, impactful, and high-quality outcome, aligned with the team and Faculty objectives. Your responsibilities will include: Contribute to the delivery of Experiential Learning programs, under the direction of the Manager, Student Experience, adopting project and process management principals established by the team Undertake specific short-term or repeated projects such as the development of online application forms and associated documents for the FEIT internship program Provide high level administrative support to the Industry Placement Coordinators such as event support, program support and web page updates. Who We Are Looking For We are looking for a highly organized and professional administrator who excels in a fast-paced working environment. You should have strong project management skills and the ability to provide high-level support to Industry Placement Coordinators. Excellent communication and coordination abilities are essential, as you will contribute to team cohesion and effectively implement programs that align with the team and Faculty objectives. Additionally, you should have a passion for enhancing the student experience and promoting experiential learning opportunities. You will also have: A degree qualification or the equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training Well-developed organisational, project management and administrative skills including the ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines with a high level of accuracy Demonstrate ability to provide administrative support and contribute positively to a busy and fast-paced team For further information regarding responsibilities and requirements, please refer to the attached PD.
