About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to join the Melbourne Medical School’s (MMS) Academic Programs Unit. In this position, you will have oversight of the school’s large portfolio of student awards, scholarships and bursaries. Also, you will be a central point of coordination for important processes at key points across the student lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include: Coordinate awarding and compliance for the school’s student prizes, scholarships and bursaries Coordinate key academic programs administration for the Melbourne Medical School suite of graduate courses Ensure accurate provision of advice for all MMS programs Who We Are Looking For This position is broad in scope, so we are looking for someone with a high degree of initiative, self-management and the ability to exercise sound judgment in the completion of tasks. You will also have: A degree and subsequent relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training. Demonstrated customer service-focused approach with experience of, and commitment to providing high-level professional support to all stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving and organisation skills.
